Atoll Systems runs Atoll Docs. This notice explains what the service stores so you can sign in, connect QuickBooks Online, and print cheques and vouchers. Contact docs@atollsystems.mv for a question about your information.

Account

• Your name, email address, and business name.
• A hashed password, if you create an email login. We do not store the password itself.
• If you use Continue with QuickBooks, the email and identifier Intuit returns for that sign-in.

QuickBooks and printing

When a workspace connects a company, Atoll Docs stores what it needs to print and to sync:

• The QuickBooks company identifier, company name, and the connection tokens for that company. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Payment details used on the cheque or voucher: payee, amount, dates, memo, bank account, account lines, cheque or reference numbers, and voucher numbers.
• Your print settings, including voucher prefixes, the sync start date, and the cheque and voucher layouts.

That information stays with the workspace that connected the company. Another customer's account cannot switch into it.

Why we use it

We use this information to run your account, show the print queue, print and reprint documents, and write numbers back to QuickBooks when you ask us to. We do not sell customer information.

Sign-in cookie

After you sign in, the browser keeps a cookie named atoll.auth. It tells the service who is signed in. It is limited to this site and lasts until you sign out or it expires. The site does not use advertising cookies.

Intuit and delivery of the site

QuickBooks sign-in and the company connection are handled by Intuit under Intuit's own terms. Intuit receives the fact that you connected, and Atoll Docs receives the company data described above.

The public site is delivered over HTTPS. Traffic may pass through our host and Cloudflare so the address docs.atollsystems.mv can reach the application. Those providers process connection data, such as IP address and the pages requested, to deliver the site.

How long we keep it

Account, document, and layout data stay while the workspace is in use, so reprints and voucher numbers remain consistent. Disconnecting QuickBooks removes that company's connection from Atoll Docs. Email docs@atollsystems.mv to ask us to delete an account and the workspace stored with it.

Your choices

• You choose which QuickBooks company to connect.
• You can disconnect a company and stop further sync.
• You can ask us to delete the account by email.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. See also the Terms of use.
