Terms of use

Atoll Docs is a printing tool from Atoll Systems. It connects to a QuickBooks Online company you choose, then helps you print cheques and payment vouchers and write the printed numbers back to QuickBooks. These terms cover use of the service at docs.atollsystems.mv.

Your account

You need an account to use Atoll Docs. You can create one with an email and password, or with Continue with QuickBooks. You are responsible for the people who use your login and for keeping the password private. Each account has its own workspace and only sees the QuickBooks companies connected to that workspace.

QuickBooks

Connecting QuickBooks authorises Atoll Docs to read the payments, bills, expenses, and bank accounts needed for printing, and to update cheque, bill, or reference numbers when you print or reprint. You must be allowed to connect that company. QuickBooks Online is a service of Intuit. Atoll Systems is not Intuit, and Intuit is not responsible for Atoll Docs.

Cheques and vouchers

You choose the voucher numbers, the cheque layout, and what is sent to the printer. Check the payee, amount, date, and number before you print. A reprint clears the number in QuickBooks so the payment can be printed again, and it keeps the same voucher number. Atoll Docs does not move money and does not replace your own review of the payment.

Acceptable use

The service

We provide Atoll Docs as it is available. Printing depends on your QuickBooks connection, your printer, and this site being online. We may change or stop a feature, including features marked as coming soon. Approval stages are not part of the service yet.

Ending use

You may disconnect a QuickBooks company inside Atoll Docs at any time. To close an account, email docs@atollsystems.mv. We may suspend access if an account is used in a way that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk.

Liability

Atoll Docs is a printing aid. To the extent the law allows, Atoll Systems is not liable for lost payments, duplicate cheque numbers, printer alignment, or QuickBooks data beyond the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of the Maldives does not allow us to limit.

These terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Maldives. If we change them, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Atoll Docs after the change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: docs@atollsystems.mv. See also the Privacy notice.
